SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to all of Canada.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days depending your location (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We offer a secure expedited parcel from Canada Post.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $17 flat rate shipping to all Canada
You can also emphasize any free shipping for orders over $120.

Pickup - Location
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 25 Broadway ave - Toronto , Ontario, Canada, M4P 1T7
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our pick up location hours are 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday. If you request to pick up your order on the weekend please send us an email to mexicanartisanproducts01@gmail.com.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Mexican Artisan Products will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returns and exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your products. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

Mexican Artisan Products care will not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. (Please see the Allergic Reaction section below).

IMexican Artisan Products reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.
Allergic Reactions
We understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. Mexican Artisan Products will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48hours of use. Mexican Artisan Products reserves the right to request a Doctors letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products. All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.
